Refund policy

At Oh Elly Designs, we take pride in our handmade and personalized creations. While we do not accept general returns or exchanges, we want you to be happy with your order.

If your item arrives damaged or there was a mistake on our end, please email ohellydesigns@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items: personalized/custom items, opened DIY kits, sale or seasonal items.

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours unless work on a custom piece has started.
